i’ll try and reduce my sugars, because lately i am really trying to get my skin really nice and glowy
anyways i’m using products that my dermatologist recommended me and it’s working really good, so all i need to do now is to cut down my sugars to get rid of some of the pimples

how about for the people who eat very healthy, you realize at least 50% of people with acne get so fed up they go healthy with their diet. Its more about genes then diet. My father had it bad, and passed it on to me. Straight forward.

what do you think about the lemon, cayanne pepper, maple syrup water diet? Can you eat anything while doing this? Im a bodybuilder that feel a need to detox. What do you think……thanx.

Some ppl think they eat healthy but they aren’t, I bet.

Eating salmon, nuts, tomato, onion, is good for skin. Keep in mind to eat dark color greens such as brocoli, spinach, and bright color in vegtables and fruits such as carrots blue berrys, strawberries. Try not to overcook your vegtables with sauce and oil.
To create home made mask that helps age spots, sun spots and acne: Grounded carrot with lemon juice, or yougrt, lemon juice, apple cider vinigar, aloe vera, or boiled water with ginger and baking soda, soak a face towel on it and let your face steam from the towel. All these remedy’s are not overnight cure but you see results after 2 to 3 months.
i stopped the sugar, increased the water intake to 3L, I workout, and eat healthy food including good fat (from olive oil)
Also! Zinc supplements! they help improve the immune system, and clear the skin within 3 months! Already working thank god!
matheya, the apple fast will do the same thing as to the pills i m taking but the pill i was taking was for a different purpose, back to the apple fast however it will only remove the toxin but that is not the case of acne ,sorry i will not desclose this information , my book on acne will soon be avaiable
